4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to operate core functionality, remember your preferences (such as saved vehicles), analyze site traffic, and deliver relevant advertising. 6. Financial & Credit Application Data (GLBA Notice)

As a dealership that arranges vehicle financing, we are subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA") and its implementing FTC Safeguards Rule regarding the handling of nonpublic personal information ("NPI") collected in connection with credit applications.

We collect NPI such as income, employment history, Social Security number, and credit history solely to evaluate and process financing applications on your behalf. This information is shared only with the lenders and financial institutions you authorize us to contact, and with service providers who assist in processing your application under contractual confidentiality obligations. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect NPI from unauthorized access, consistent with the FTC Safeguards Rule.

7. Your Privacy Rights

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): If you are a California resident, you have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, request deletion of your personal information (subject to certain exceptions), and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, to the extent applicable. We do not knowingly sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Marketing opt-out: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in each message, or opt out of text messages by replying "STOP" to any message we send.
